Situated on the bluffs overlooking the Platte River, Calvin Crest is located south of Fremont about 1.5 miles North of Nebraska Highway 109.

Please note, there are multiple camp grounds in the area. It is easy to get confused, especially when there is another camp right next door with the word crest in its title! Our camp is located at Calvin Crest, not River Crest.

When you turn north off of highway 109, you will be taking gravel roads the last few miles to camp. Please use caution at the country road intersections and keep your speed down (especially if you are unused to driving on gravel roads). Follow the signs to Calvin Crest.

As you near the camp, you will see a turn off to the right for River Crest. Do not take this turn. Continue left. You will pass some houses. As you come closer to camp, you will see a maze (fenced area) to you right and a parking lot and basketball court to your left.

You can park in that lot, or continue to the first building where you will see a sign marked "office" and park.

Look for a Camp Canterbury sign. This is the camper check in location. 

You will want to check in your campers before unloading.
